Jackson Hole and the VCSO Chevy Tahoe

VolusiaExposed.Com has received some tips that VCSO vehicles are being used for private, non duty related trips.

These tips included allegations that some retired VCSO senior staff members were being provided a VCSO vehicle and a county gas card

When asked, a VCSO official addressed these allegations, to our then satisfaction.

However, shortly afterwards, the below picture of a VCSO Chevy Tahoe came to our attention.

We re-contacted the VCSO and requested clarity as to why a VCSO vehicle would have a "Jackson Hole Resort" advertisement window sticker on it.

In the below email, the VCSO confirm that the Chevy Tahoe is theirs, but have no explanation as to why such a window sticker would be attached to this vehicle.

VCSO Email to VolusiaExposed

We invite our readership to forward to us, any information that would further suggest or indicate that VCSO vehicles are being used for private purposes. ( examples - trips out of town for other than official county business, etc.)

Please be advised, that we are NOT requesting information on situations whereas a deputy used his / her patrol car to run an half mile down the road to fetch milk. Rather, we would be interested in situations whereas deputies take their patrol car on vacation, or retired employees still having a VCSO vehicle assigned to them.

DID A CONFLICT OF INTEREST
INFLUENCE THE JAIL'S
RAPE INVESTIGATION?

Assistant County Attorney, Nancye Jones handles many of the litigations coming out of the Volusia County jail.

Nancye Jones' husband, VCSO Major Robert Jones, supervises the deputies that investigate possible criminal violations within the county jail.

We have concerns that several criminal investigations have been possibly manipulated, in order to reduce the County of Volusia's civil liability.

Our concern includes this particular in-custody sexual battery investigation, and the below listed situations.

We invite you to review our concerns.
