The Orange County Sheriff Department has arrested one of their own deputies under the charge of lewd and lascivious molestation of a disabled person.

During VCSO's investigation (if you can call it that) of the allegations against Deputy Willard, who opted, for reasons we will never know, to commit suicide. Shortly thereafter, the VCSO quietly cleared Deputy Willard of any misconduct.
