VolusiaExposed.Com received an email today (Dec. 21, 2010) from VCSO Public Information Officer, Gary Davidson (see below link to email). Mr. Davidson, wished to clarify that VolusiaExposed.Com was incorrectly stating that the VCSO had removed the below VCSO press release. As per Mr. Davidson's email explanation, the VCSO apparently handles their archived press releases in a particular manner. We invite our readers to review the below mentioned press release as per Mr. Davidson's instructions.

VolusiaExposed.Com is pleased that VCSO PIO Davidson is interested in the accuracy of our website and we have responsed and invited him to bring clarity to any other issues that have been posted on VolusiaExposed.Com. In the particular, we have requested that Mr. Davidson review our concerns surrounding the in-custody jail death of Inmate Tracey Veira. VolusiaExposed.Com will post ANY clarification or comments received from Mr. Davidson or any other verifiable source.

UPDATE January 7, 2011 --Today (January 6, 2011) Internet records appear to indicate that the Volusia County Sheriff Department viewed this particular web page. Please refer to the below link which indicates a visit from IP address 74.191.77.74. As of yet, we have received no challenges from VCSO Public Information Officer Gary Davidson regarding the posted concerns surrounding jail Inmate Tracey Viera's death.
