Did local defense attorney Michael Lambert state that the Seventh Judicial Circuit State Attorney's office is guilty of prosecutorial misconduct?
Will the State Attorney's office or the Florida Bar investigate these concerns?
After all, Mr. Lambert is a very respected member of both the court and the legal community.

Will the State Attorney's office investigate Mr. Lambert's concerns? After all, Mr. Lambert is the Vice chairperson for the Seventh Judicial Circuit Judicial Nominating Commission - surely he would not make baseless claims.

VolusiaExposed.Com has sent the below email to the Florida Bar requesting that they investigate the apparent allegations of prosecutorial misconduct.

Maybe this allegation sheds some light on why the State Attorney's office refuses to investigate the events surrounding some in-custody deaths at the Volusia jail?

Then again, maybe the 2012 political season is off to a early start.
