"It is the spirit and not the form of law that keeps justice alive." - Earl Warren

Last month (June 2016)- VolusiaExposed.Com published an article detailing the recently filed lawsuit of Circuit Court Judge David Hood - to have his political opponent, and local defense attorney A. Kathleen McNeilly, removed from the ballot.

VolusiaExposed.Com is happy to report that Attorney McNeilly has prevailed in the defense of her judicial candidacy.

VolusiaExposed.Com encourages you to read our below linked series of articles - in which we question whether our government officials are attempting to quietly circumvent the entire judicial election process. Sadly - several criminal justice practitioners (to include judges) - believe that citizens are unqualified to select their own judges. In our OPINION - this is a very dangerous slippery slope.
