"It is the spirit and not the form of law that keeps justice alive." - Earl Warren

Last month (April 2016) - VolusiaExposed.Com posted an article expressing OUR OPINION of how retiring Judge Joseph Will was colluding with the Florida Governor's office to ensure that Will's replacement would be selected by gubernatorial appointment - rather than being filled by a local election of the electorate (you - me - and every other voter within the Seventh Judicial Circuit).

In our May 8, 2016 article - VolusiaExposed.Com saluted local defense attorney - Michael Lambert - with being one of the three attorneys across the State of Florida that has filed separate lawsuits regarding this matter. All three are being represented by retired Judge Philip J. Padovano (Florida First District Court Of Appeal).

Apparently - other soon to be retiring judges across Florida - have followed Judge Will's lead - and filed similar resignation letters - in a manner that will ensure a gubernatorial appointment over an election.

Last Monday (May 23, 2016) - Governor Rick Scott responded to Mr. Lambert's law suit.

We have provided a copy of the governor's response within the attached scroll box (right of page).
