Recently, a Volusia County Correctional officer made a mistake. He released the wrong inmate out on bond.

In VolusiaExposed.Com's Mission Statement, we stated that we realized that these officers were human, therefore, they will make mistakes.

Therefore, we shall not make folly out of Officer King's mistake.

After all, Officer King is a booking officer. That position is a highly stressful and demanding job, that is under appreciated by everyone that does not do that particular job.

However, we invite you to review Officer King's Notice of Intend to Suspend.

Notice that on the last page of the King letter, Assistant County Attorney Nancye Jones is indicated as being involved in Officer King's disciplinary action.

Why is this significant? As VolusiaExposed.Com has indicated before, regarding the in-custody deaths at the jail, Nancye Jones' husband, Major Robert Jones (VCSO) supervises the investigators that review those deaths.

We STRONGLY believe that Attorney Jones' should have NO involvement in any administrative or civil matters generated at the county jail, in which her husband supervises the criminal investigations.

We perceive it as a major conflict of interest and STRONGLY believe that this conflict has negatively influenced criminal investigations, in lieu of reducing the county's civil liabilities, regarding those in-custody deaths.

In the partiuclar, we suggest that the following documentation in the Tracey Veira death be reviewed by our readers.
